2.2 Setting parameters
Warning
Incorrectly set parameters can damage the fixed stops and
the drive.
Always select the amplification and cushioning stages for
the maximum mass moment of inertia.If in doubt, set first
the amplification and cushioning stages for the lager mass
moment of inertia.
The swivel times specified in section 2.3 as well as optimum
system behavour can only be achieved if the installation inĆ
structions described in the previous section are observed.
The resulting swivel times depend on the swivel angle
actually used and can vary depending on the direction of
swivel.
Further instructions on the amplification and cushioning
stages can be found in the system manual.
Set the parameters as follows:
1. Use the tables in section 2.3 to ascertain the parameters
valid for your application.
2. Then set the parameters. Proceed here as described in
the chapter Commissioning" in the system manual
(type P.BE−SPC11−SYS...).
