Page Up/Down
If an Up or Down button is shown and pressed when in a Menu List, the list can be scrolled a page at a time.
The scroll bar on the right side of the screen indicates the relative position of the page.
Values Increment/Decrement
If an Up or Down button is shown and pressed when on an editing page, and a value has been selected (highlighted),
the value can be incremented by pressing the up arrow or decremented by pressing the down arrow.
