Damp paper stock. Replace the paper stock.
Defective Laser Print Cartridge, or
the cartridge is at its end of life. Replace the Laser Print Cartridge.

Laser Print Cartridge not installed
correctly. Remove then re-install the Laser Print
Cartridge.
Defective Laser Print Cartridge, or
