Media Center features for people who are blind or have impaired vision
For people who are blind or have impaired vision, Media C enter supports many of the accessibility features in Windows XP. However,
Media C enter has some limitations when you use High C ontrast or some text-to-speech tools and screen magnifiers. In addition, if you
adjust the cursor blink rate or cursor width in Windows Settings, then the changes will not be displayed in Media C enter. Use the

The accessibility tools that ship with Media C enter are intended to provide a minimum level of functionality for users with special needs.
