The tank cleaning device HKF 200 K2 is
a spray unit to clean tank vehicles.

The cleaning heads are lowered into
the completely emptied tank from
above. After fastening the base plate to
the dome of the tank, the two cleaning
heads are swivelled into their working
position via a mechanical unit and they
clean the interior walls of the tank with
high pressure liquid jets. The tank can
be heated from the inside prior to the
cleaning process by adding water va-
pour (saturated steam). Warm air can
be channeled into the tank for drying
purposes.

Compressed air, high pressure, steam,
warm air are created by separate devic-
es and are connected to the tank clean-
ing device via supply lines. The
operator is responsible for the safety of
the entire system.

The tank cleaning device must only be
present in the tank during the cleaning
process. The drive of the cleaning
heads must only be switched on while
the cleaning liquid is supplied at the
same time.

Note: Only the detergents listed in Chapter
"Cleaning processes" must be used at the
indicated temperatures. Here, only use the
allocated detergents in Chapter "Cleaning
processes" for the listed residual materials.

Operation outside closed containers and
with higher pressure and temperatures
than those listed in the "Specifications" is
prohibited.
