Trunk name

—Specify a name for the

trunk (this may not be equal to or a part of
the public host name)



Public host name

—Specify the name of

the URL the End User will enter to access
the web page



IP address

—Specify the IP address to be

used for accessing the web page. It is
recommended that the external IP address
is used.



HTTP port

—Port to use for inbound and

outbound HTTP traffic



HTTPS port

—Port to be used for inbound

and outbound HTTPS traffic
