Daily inspection

Attention! Before starting the lubrication-works the power plug has to be taken
out of the power source.

Check the mains plug, mains cable and extension cable to ensure they are undamaged.

Correctly filled oil trough.

Clean the oil tank if there are impurities in it.

Inspect the dies, pipe cutter and internal deburrer for any wear and replace parts if there is
wear.

Clean the clamping jaws with a wire brush if they are dirty.

Check that the dowel screws are secure. Tighten if necessary.

Remove dirt and chips from the machine regularly.

Apply anti-rust grease if the machine is not going to be used for an extended period.

The rear spindle support has to be lubricated periodically. The lubrication is only allowed for
persons which have been supervised in electrical safety issues.
