Troubleshooting
Follow the guidelines below to test and troubleshoot the
installation in the event a problem occurs.
If the PWR LED is OFF, do the following:
ˆ Check to be sure that the power adapter is securely connected
to the power source and to the DC connector on the front of
the AT-MCR1 chassis.
ˆ Check to be sure that the power outlet has power by
connecting another device to it.
ˆ Try replacing the power adapter with another power adapter.
If there is a communication problem between the end-nodes
connected to the chassis, do the following:
ˆ Verify that the chassis and end-nodes are operating with the
same duplex mode.
