5. Highlight the setting option you want, or press the Up or Down
Navigation key to change the setting.
6. Press the Select soft key or to save changes.
Time & Date Settings
This menu allows you to change the current time and date displayed in the
idle screen.
The following options are available:
• Set time
: allows you to change the hour and minute.
• AM/PM
: allows you to set either AM or PM.
• Time format : allows you to select whether your time is displayed
in 12 hour or 24 hour format.
• Set date
: allows you to enter the current month, day, and year.
• Date format : allows you to select MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY,
or YYYY/MM/DD format.
• Auto update : allows you to receive time information from your
service provider’s network.
On
: the phone automatically updates the time and date according
to the current time zone using the network service.
Confirm first
: the phone asks for a confirmation before the update.
Off : you need to manually set the time and date according to the
current time zone using the Time & Date menu.
Note : Automatic updates of time and date do not change the time you have
set for alarm settings.
