The Basics
Adding tasks
Use Tasks to keep track of things you
need to do.
1. From the home screen, press the
Main Menu key ( ) g
Main Menu 4 g Tasks ( ) g
touch the right soft key function
Menu g New Task.
2. Enter a subject for your task, and
enter information such as start and
due dates, priority, and so on.
3. Specify the type of category for your task, so that
it can be grouped with other related tasks. Touch
Categories, then select a preset category (Business,
Holiday, Personal, or Seasonal), or touch New to
create your own category.
4. When done, touch ok .
Viewing appointments
1. From the widget bar, touch the Today widget ( ).
The widget displays on the Home screen showing
details about the days event(s).
2. Touch the Today widget ( Tue Sep 22 11 :00 AM

) to open the
Calendar screen.
3. From the Calendar screen, you can view your
appointments and complete details about each
appointment by Month, Week, Day or Agenda.
The Today widget ( ) only displays events for the
selected day.
