When connected, ask the other party to remain on the line.

Manual Pause Calling
To manually call a number with pause(s) without storing it in your
Contacts list:
1.
In Standby mode, tap Dialer. The Dialer screen displays on the
screen.
2.
Enter the number you wish to call.
3.
Press Options. The following pause options display on the
screen:
• 2-Sec Pause: A 2-second pause after which dialing resumes.
• Wait: A hard pause (waits for input from you).
4.
Tap the desired pause to enter it into the number sequence.
5.
Press
to call the number.
Tip: If you plan to call the number frequently, tap Save to store pauses along with
the number in your Contacts list.
Speed Dialing
Speed Dialing allows you to place a call to any Contact stored in your
Contacts list by dialing the Contact’s Location number.
