• You can not delete the protected images. You must first release the protect function to delete it. page 88
• A deleted part of the movie image can not be recovered.
• If you want to edit from the first step, touch the Return ( ) tab.
• Partial deletion is not available when the the section or remaining time is less than 3 seconds.
• When partial deletion is executed, related movie images in the playlist are partially deleted.
• You can also access it by using the Q.MENU button.
Press the Q.MENU button.  Touch “Edit.”  Touch “Partial DEL.”
• You can perform the Partial Delete function when there is at least 2MB of memory space remaining on the
built-in memory or memory card.
DIVIDING A MOVIE IMAGE
• This function works only in Play mode. page 17
• You can divide a movie image as many times as you want in order to delete a section
you no longer need. The movie images will be divided in groups of two.
To divide a movie image
1. Touch the HD Movie ( HD) tab or SD Movie ( SD) tab.
• The thumbnail index view appears accordingly.
2. Touch the Menu ( ) tab  “Edit”  “Divide.”
• If the movie image thumbnail you want to edit is not on the screen, touch the up ( ) or down ( ) tab to
change the page.
3. Touch a desired movie image.
• The selected movie image will be paused.
