S47 .......RS 366 TIME Determines the amount of time the RS-366 port waits
for either EON or inactivity to terminate a dial string
before dialing a number.

100 = Wait for 10 seconds or EON
200 = Wait for 20 seconds or EON

0 = Dial service (switched service) (default)
1 = Leased service (non-switched service)
