Contacting your HP account support representative
If you need to call your HP account support representative, provide as much information about the
problem as possible. Include the circumstances surrounding the error or failure, Command View XP or XP
Remote Web Console configuration information saved in floppy disks by the FD Dump Tool, exact content
of messages displayed in Command View XP or XP Remote Web Console, and severity levels and
reference codes displayed on the Status tab of the Command View XP or XP Remote Web Console main
pane.
Pair operation cannot be performed from
RAID Manager XP (operation is rejected) and
the following error message appears:
An order to the control/command device was
rejected.

If the factor you found does not match any of the factors listed
above, contact your HP account support representative.
Flex Copy XP copy processing terminates
abnormally, and the pair status becomes
PSUE (suspended).
The factor for the error could be on the external array settings.
Possible factors include:
• Read or Write operations are not permitted.
• After the external LU’s mapping operation (Add LU operation),
the external LU’s capacity is reduced.
• The reserve attribute is set.
The factor for the error does not match any of these factors. If this
problem persists, contact your HP account support representative.
