5 Troubleshooting

General troubleshooting instructions

Check the command’s error message, and react according to the
log file and the HP StorageWorks RAID Manager XP user guide.
Pair operation cannot be performed from
RAID Manager XP (operation is rejected) and
the following error message appears:
An order to the control/command device was
rejected.
The following errors are possible. Examine the actual error, and
look for the corresponding error in the following list. Find the part
code and error number, and contact your HP account support
representative for the recommended response.
