Coprocessor enablement option

1.

Power down the server (on page

15

).

2.

Disconnect all peripheral cables from the server.

3.

Remove the server from the chassis (on page

15

).

4.

Remove the shipping brackets and shipping plates (on page

17

).

5.

Remove the PCI retaining brackets.

6.

If installed, remove the GPU blank:

a.

Remove the screw on the left end of the blank.

Retain this screw for coprocessor installation.

b.

Loosen the captive screw on the right end of the blank.
