3. Remove the server from the chassis.
Remove the hot-plug SFF drive cage
To remove the component:
1. Power down the server (on page 15 ).
2. Disconnect all peripheral cables from the server.
3. Remove the server from the chassis (on page 15 ).
4. Remove the front shipping plate (" Remove the shipping brackets and shipping plates " on page 17 ).
5. Disconnect the cables from the drive cage backplane.
6. Remove the hot-plug SFF drive cage.
