Verifying WMI connectivity
To test WMI connectivity from a Storage Mirroring server:
1. Select Start, Run, then enter “WBEMTest”.
2. Click Connect.
3. Edit the following fields:
a. Change “root\default” to \\servername\root\cimv2, where servername is
the name of the Storage Mirroring server.
b. Enter the USER and PASSWORD credentials supplied to Storage Mirroring
for that server node.
Note: The USER should be entered as “server or domain\username”
Connection will either pass or fail.
