Syntax:
modify ai=# cn="connection name"
where is a controller that supports SSP.
Example command:
ctrl ch="Lab 4" ld 1 modify ai=210000E08B07A68F cn="cnxn 3"
Managing host modes (connection profiles)
Syntax:
modify ai=# hostmode="operating system type"|?
where is a controller that supports host modes.
Example command:
=> ctrl ch="Lab 3" modify ai=5034414235583942 hostmode=?
NOTE: The connection name and the logical unit are required for managing host modes.
A typical response in this case could be:

Deleting target devices
Syntax:
delete [forced]
where can be a controller, array, or logical drive. Except in the case of controllers, you can
delete several devices simultaneously if they are of similar type by using the all keyword.
Because deleting a target device can result in data loss, the screen displays a warning prompt unless you
include the
forced parameter.
Example commands:
=> ctrl ch="Lab 4" delete forced
=> ctrl slot=3 ld all delete
Identifying devices
You can enter a command that causes the LEDs on target devices to blink, enabling you to identify the
devices. The LEDs continue to blink until you enter the command to stop them blinking.
Syntax:
modify led=on|off
Example commands:
=> ctrl ch="Lab 4" modify led=on
=> ctrl ch="Lab 4" modify array A led=off
