The following camera accessories are sold separately. Note that availability
varies by area, and some accessories may no longer be available.
Power Supplies
Battery Pack NB-6LH
z z Rechargeable lithium-ion battery

Charger for Battery Pack NB-6LH
• The battery pack includes a convenient cover which you can attach to know
the charging status at a glance. Attach the cover so that
 is visible on a
charged battery pack, and attach it so that  is not visible on an uncharged
battery pack.
• Battery Pack NB-6L is also supported.
AC Adapter Kit ACK-DC40
z z
For powering the camera using
household power. Recommended when
using the camera over extended periods,
or when connecting the camera to a
printer or computer. Cannot be used to
charge the battery pack in the camera.
• The DC coupler included with AC Adapter Kit ACK-DC40 is not used.
•
In addition to AC Adapter Kit ACK-DC40, these accessories can also be used
with the camera: ACK-DC10, ACK-DC30, ACK-DC60, ACK-DC70, ACK-DC80,
and ACK-DC90.
•
The battery charger and AC adapter kit can be used in areas with
100 – 240 V AC power (50/60 Hz).
•
For power outlets in a different format, use a commercially available
adapter for the plug. Never use an electrical transformer designed
for traveling, which may damage the battery pack.
Flash Unit
High-Power Flash HF-DC2
z z External flash for illuminating subjects
that are out of range of the built-in flash.
High-Power Flash HF-DC1 can also be
used.
Other Accessories
Soft Case SC-DC80
z z Protects the camera from dust and
scratches.
Silicone Jacket SJ-DC1

The jacket protects the camera from
scratches. It is also submersible and can
be used in seawater.
Float FT-DC1

Prevents the camera from sinking when
used in water.

Can be used at depths of up to 10 m (33 ft.).
