STEP2 Creating and printing a label 34
The menu of the printer has various function to make the printer user-friendly, such as
changing the contents of a template, and so on.
By editing a selected template, it is possible to change the label to your own format.
The editable content varies depending on the selected template.
The following example uses the template "[P07]Msg+D+T".

Press the Menu button in Time Display
mode.
Menu Selection mode is displayed.

Select "Menu 1" using the up or down
arrow buttons ( / ) and press OK
button.
Message selection mode is displayed.

Select the message using the up or down
arrow buttons ( / ) and press OK
button.
The message is set, and then date format
selection mode is displayed.
Sample Messages

Received • Inspected • Approved
• Certified • Service By • Best Used By
• Expires • Installed • Prepared
• Manufactured • None
If you download a new message from your PC it will be added to the list of
messages.
"None" can be selected only when using the template [P08].

Select the date format using the up or
down arrow buttons ( / ) and press OK
button.
The date format is set, and then time format
selection mode is displayed.
