If the wavelength is changed then the zero calibration must be performed again at the new
wavelength, before a sample can be measured. Alternatively a new photometrics tab can be opened
and the required settings can be entered.
3.3 SAMPLE MEASUREMENT
Insert the cuvette containing
the sample into the sample
chamber and close the
instrument lid.
Click on the Read button; the
instrument performs the
measurement and result is
displayed on the screen.
