Assemble and Install Float Valve
1. Follow diagram above left to assemble float valve, arm, and ball
float.
2. After assembly of float valve, adjust arm to give an angle of 45
°
between valve and ball float.
3. Insert threaded end of float valve through hole in tank. Attach ring
nut and washer to inlet. Tighten ring nut securely.
4. Screw hose fitting into float valve inlet.
5. Screw water supply hose onto fitting.
6. Make final float valve adjustment.
7. Replace cover.
