Syntax: PACSM_LIGHTBAR_CTRL STD_HANDLE LIGHTBAR_DriverInit(void)
Parameters: NONE
Return value: Return a Handle from LED driver.
Remarks: Call this function to initial and start the LED Driver and return a Handle from LED
driver.

Parameters: hDev [IN] – Handle be released.

Handle.
