General use and maintenance:

NEVER EXCEED 5MPH WHILE PLOWING SNOW OR MOVING DIRT.

Skid Plate Adjustment:

In General you would like to have approximatly .25” to .5” of clearance between the cutting edge
and the ground.

Trip Spring Tension:

NEVER EXCEED 5MPH WHILE PLOWING SNOW OR MOVING DIRT.

Adjustment of the trip springs should be done when the blade trips more easaly than desired.

Typicaly the blade should only trip when it comes in contact with non movable objects, patches of
hard surface or cracks or holes that catch the blades cutting edge.

Remember not to over tighten the trip springs, this will prevent damage to your plow vehicle.
Having enough tension on the srpuing to hold balde while plowing yet, loose enough to trip the
blade in the event of contact of something solid will prevent damage to both the Plow Blade and
your vehicle.

Down Force and Blade Trip:

NEVER EXCEED 5MPH WHILE PLOWING SNOW OR MOVING DIRT.

When using the balde with the down force Link installed, caution should always be used.

Blade Angle Adjustment:

To adjust blade angle – lift blade slightly off the ground using Electric Lift. To adjust blade
angle pull up on the “Blade Angle Adjustment Pin” as shown in the picture below.

Adjust the Plow Blade angle with your hand as desired, release Blade Angle Pin when the
proper angle is achieved.
