Step #7
1. Locate Hardware #42, 43, 44.
2. Secure Main Blade Support Frame #26 and assembled Blade Pivot Assembly to #48 at this time.
See Picture below.

Step #8
1. Locate (4) #61 Trip Springs with hardware #62 “I” Bolts and hardware (4) each of #62, 63, 64.
2. Secure #61 Trip Spring at its lower position on #36 as shown in Picture below.
3. Secure #62 to opposite end of trip spring and thread onto the end of each of the (4) “I” Bolts a 5/16”
hex Nut (Non Locking) about 1-1/2” down the threads at this time.
4. Insert each of the (4) “I” bolts through the holes in the tabs that are located on the Main Blade
Assembly as shown in the picture Above.
5. Tighten all hardware at this time.
Step #9
1. Locate #65, 66, 67 at this time.
2. Adjust the washer spacing to allow for a ¼” space the bottom of the cutting edge to the ground.
add washer as needed. Secure with “R” Clips.
