Install the supplied Grommet (N) into
the IntakeTube (J) .

Attach the Air Filter (B) to the Filter
Adapter (G) , secure the #64 Hose Clamp.

Remove the Air Temp. Sensor form the
OE intake tube then insert it into the grommet
in the Intake Tube.

Reconnect the Air Temp. Sensor
electrical connection.

Place filter assembly into the air box. Once the filter is inside the box tilt the adapter back to
catch the latch on the bottom, then secure with the supplied 5/16” Screws (F) .

Install the Step Adapter (M) over the
throttle body and secure the #52 Hose Clamp
(L) .

Install the Intake Tube (J) into the step
Adapter (M) at the throttle body, Center the
Hump Adapter (H) over the gap between tube
ends and secure both #72 Hose Clamps (H) ,
then secure the #52 Hose Clamp (L) at the
throttle body.
17.
Connect the OE crankcase vent line to
the Intake Tube (J) , secure with #8 Hose
Clamp (K) .

Remove the protective covering from
the Clear Lid (C) , then install the lid. Secure
with the 10/24” Screws (D) and Sealing
Washers (E) . Do not over tighten.
20.
Reconnect the battery. Inspect your
installation, make sure the kit is properly
positioned and all fasteners are secure. Affix
the CARB sticker near the intake kit. The
installation is now complete.
15.
Install the Hump Adapter (I) over the
Intake Tube (J) until nearly flush with the end
of the tube.
