INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. With the engine turned off, disconnect
the vehicle’s negative battery cable
3. Disconnect the crankcase breather hose.
4. Unclamp the OEM filter housing. Disconnect
the mass air sensor underneath the OEM filter
housing.
8. Disconnect the breather hose at the valve
cover. Remove the breather hose
5. Remove the OEM intake assembly 9. Build the S&B air intake tube in
accordance to photo 9.
6. Gently pull up and remove the OEM filter
housing 10. Tighten the hose clamp that connects the
S&B intake tube to the throttle body
7. Remove the grommets. 11. Unbolt the Mass air sensor from the face plate on
the OEM air intake assembly
2. Loosen the hose clamps on the throttle body.
12. Build up the S&B air box per exploded view.
Make sure gaskets seat and seal correctly.
