Hi-Speed COM Tools
Hi-Speed COM Tools has two main components:
Card Status — allows you to identify and/or modify the COM port assigned to any Serial I/O card installed on your
computer.
Baud Rate Mapping — allows you to program your computer to work at a baud rate (up to 921 kbps, depending on
your card version) not normally available in Windows.
This section covers the following:
Start the program
View/modify COM port assignments
Determine the maximum baud rate of your card
Map baud rates
Access help information
Exit the program
Start the Program
Start | Control Panel | Hi-Speed COM Tools.
Alternatively, you can access the tools via a task tray icon:
The Hi-Speed COM Tools screen will appear.
