5.9 EXPORTING THE STORYBOARD

5.9.1 I

NTRODUCTION

Once your storyboard is finalized, you can export it to multiple destinations and to

multiple formats at the same time.
Xedio Dispatcher makes it possible to export the final storyboard to various

destination types:

to Target
This allows you to export a storyboard to destination folders and formats

predefined in the target profiles you can select before you launch the export

process. For more information on creating new target profiles, refer to the

section 3.1 ‘Export Target Profiles’, on page 9.
Each target profile is defined in an .xml file that has to be stored in

to File
This allows you to export a storyboard to a file that can be read by an external

system.

to Device
This allows you to export a storyboard to an external device: XDCAM, XDCAM

SxS or P2.

This section gives you an overview on the export process:

1. Open the relevant Export tab:

In the Tools area, click the Export tab corresponding to the required

destination type to expand it:

2. Select the storyboard to be exported:

From the Storyboard area, add the storyboard to the selected Export tab in
