Archived Grid
By default, the Archived grid displays the clips that have been archived or fully restored in
the past 7 days. This can be changed in the settings. See section "Options Tab" on page
93.
The following additional clip data is displayed:
•
Size: The size of the high-resolution file.
•
TC In: The start timecode of the clip.
•
TC Out: The end timecode of the clip.
•
Duration: The duration of the clip without guardbands. If you hover your cursor over
the cell, the duration with guardbands will be displayed.
•
Tape: The ID of the LTO tape on which the clip has been archived.
•
Date Archived: The date and time the clip was archived.
•
Date Restored: The date and time the clip was restored.
•
Remove Hires Proposal: The proposed date and time the high-resolution video file
could be removed from the nearline storage.
•
/
: This icon indicates if the high-resolution file of a clip can be automatically
removed after a certain period of time or not. Depending on your user rights this button
will be available or not.
A number of search fields are provided which allow you to search for clips by:
•
their VarID
•
their filename
•
their clipname
•
the date or period when they were archived/restored.
By default, the Date Archived/Restored From check box is selected.
Selected Clips Grid
This grid displays the clips that you have selected from the Archived grid.
Four buttons are provided allowing you to add and remove clips:

With this button you can add one or more clips to the Selected Clips grid.
With this button you can add all the clips to the Selected Clips grid.
With this button you can remove one or more clips from the Selected
Clips grid.
With this button you can remove all the clips from the Selected Clips
grid.
