Forwarding a Call
You want to leave your desk. Calls for you are to be forwarded to a different destination (e.g. phone or pager).
You can forward incoming calls to a different destination using Call Forwarding Unconditional.

Reset Press the "Reset" Foxkey.
Press the Menu key repeatedly until the display reads "Forwarding".
Forwarding Press the "Forwarding" Foxkey.
Press the navigation key repeatedly until the display reads "Forward to
subscriber".
OK Press the "OK" Foxkey.
Enter the person's phone number.
OK Press the "OK" Foxkey.
The display reads "Forwarded: ...".
Note
If a call is to be forwarded only when you are already in a call, select "Forward:
busy" instead of "Forward: subscriber".
You can deactivate call forwarding unconditional with the "Reset" Foxkey.
You can also activate a call forwarding unconditional by remote control.
