Telephone ID
You can program your phone with your extension number and/or
your name. This information is called Telephone ID and will appear
in the upper row on the left side of the display. ²

Press to navigate to the TELEPHONE ID menu.

Press to enter the menu.
The display shows the current setting, for example the extension
number 5446:

Enter your Telephone ID.
This can be your extension number and/or your name or any other
relevant information (maximum of 12 digits or characters).

Press to save and exit.
