Mailbox System
BusinessPhone – Dialog 4187 Plus 46
Note: For daily use, it is recommended to ask your system
administrator to define the mailbox system as your pre-
programmed diversion address. Once this is defined, you
only have to dial *21# to activate your mailbox.
The system administrator can also define whether or not the
mailbox should be activated if you do not answer your
phone after a certain time or if your extension is busy.
Deactivate the Mailbox

Lift the handset.

Dial and press.
Verification tone. d
Replace the handset to finish the procedure.
New incoming calls will be signalled on your phone again.
Note: The mailbox is still active if it is defined as pre-
programmed diversion address for the feature Diversion
when there is no answer and Diversion when your extension
is busy. For more information, see sections “ Diversion when
there is no answer ” on page 35 and “ Diversion when your
extension is busy ” on page 35.
