Hole punching
Select this function to punch holes in printed sheets of paper.
Hole punching is not available if a Hole Punch Unit (optional) is not installed.
Punching holes

Display the [Finishing] tab menu.

Select the [Hole Punch] check box. Select a hole punch option.

Set any other print options as required and click [OK].

Click [OK] or [Print] to send the print job.
Holes are punched in the print job as specified.
Center Top
— Select this option to punch holes along the top edge.
Middle Left
— Select this option to punch holes along the left side.
