6. From the application menu bar, select Setup, and then
select Acquire.
7. In the Acq Setup dialog box (see right), check the
Condition option under Stop After.
8. In the Condition pulldown list, select Mask Total Hits
and set a count of one in the count box. These settings
will stop acquisition on a violation of any of the masked
areas on screen. See below.
