Windows XP Dial-Up Networking Configuration
1. Select Start → Programs → Accessories → Communications → New Connection
Wizard.
2. Click Next and follow the steps in the New Connection Wizard to create custom dialup
network profiles.
3. Click the Connect to the Internet radio button and click Next.

4. Click the Set up my connection manually radio button and click Next.
