Use a coin to remove the screw
from the front right cover, and
then remove the front right cover.
Note
❒ The front right cover has a clear
film to prevent the removed
screw falling in the printer. Do
not remove the screw from the
film.
❒ The removed screw and cover
are required in step

Use a coin to remove the screw,
and then remove the cover as
shown in the illustration.
Note
❒ The removed screw and cover
are no longer required.

Return the paper sensor into the
output tray as shown in the illus-
tration.

Place the bridge unit on the out-
put tray and slide the unit along
the output part of the printer.
J
Fasten the two knob screws and
secure the bridge unit.
K
Replace the front right cover re-
moved in step
FFFF, and then fasten
the screw.
