Incoming calls
Incoming calls
This section describes features that are used with incoming calls.
Activate Call Pickup
Use the Call Pickup feature to pick up calls from any telephone or handset in the same
pickup group or another pickup group.
To answer a call in your own
Call Pickup group:
1.
Go off-hook.
2.
Press the
Pickup
soft key.
To answer an incoming call in
another Call Pickup group:
1.
Go off-hook.
2.
Press the
Line
key to access the Feature
Keys menu.
3.
Press the number key corresponding to
the
Group Pickup
feature.
4.
Dial
the pickup group number of the
ringing handset.
To answer a call at a specific
extension in any pickup group:
1.
Go off-hook.
2.
Press the
Line
key to access the Feature
Keys menu.
3.
Press the number key corresponding to
the
Pickup
feature.
