While on an active call
3. When that number rings or a person
answers, press the
Transfer soft key
again.
To go back to the original call, if the
transfer is incomplete:
1. If the person called is not available,
Press the
Line key to access the Feature
Keys menu.
2. Press the number key corresponding to
the flashing line number, in the upper
display area, to reconnect to the original
call.
Use Attendant Recall
Use the Attendant Recall feature to contact an attendant during a call and to connect
the call to the attendant.
To contact the attendant while on a
call:
1. Press the Line key to access the Feature
Keys menu.
2. Press the number key corresponding to
the
Attendant Recall feature. Stay on
the line until the attendant answers.
3. Press the Power Off/End Call key. The
caller remains connected to the
attendant.
