You can take pictures that are intentionally over-exposed or under-exposed.

Press the four-way controller ( 45 ) in
Capture mode.
Four-way controller ( 4 )
decreases the EV compensation to a
negative (–) level
Four-way controller ( 5 )
increases the EV compensation to a positive
(+) level
The set level is displayed on the LCD monitor.

• If you press 4 or 5 one time, or set to ± 0, the set level displayed on the
LCD monitor will go off after two seconds.
• The exposure compensation cannot be set in the Fireworks picture mode.
