You can protect images / sound from being accidentally erased.

Enter the Playback mode and choose the image / sound you
want to protect with the four-way controller (
45 ).

Press the Z button.
The Protect screen will be displayed.

Press the four-way controller ( 2 ).
The frame will move to [Protect].

Press the OK button.
You can protect all the images / sound.

The protect all images & sounds screen will be displayed.

Protecting Images from Deletion (Protect)
• Select [Unprotect] in step 3 to cancel the Protect setting.
• If the image is protected, the
symbol is displayed when the image /
sound is played back.
Protecting All Images / Sound
Select [Unprotect] in step 3 to cancel the Protect setting on all of the images.
Even protected images / sound will be erased by formatting the SD Memory
Card.
