recordings
PROBLEM SOLUTION
DVD Recorder does not
respond b While a programmed recording is being made, you cannot operate your DVD Recorder
manually. If you want to cancel the programmed recording, press STANDBY

Check that the right disc is loaded and the right position for the recording were located.

b Either no disc was inserted or a disc was inserted that cannot be used for recordings. Insert a
disc that can be recorded upon. Turn off the DVD-Recorder with STANDBY

locked'appears briefly on
the screen.
b A protected disc was inserted. Undo the erase protection (chapter 'Manual recording', section
'Preventing accidental erasing of discs '), or insert a different disc.
