CAUTION
The machine has high welding
output and no control
1. Potentiometer failure.
2. Control Board failure. 1. Replace Potentiometer.
2. Replace Control Board.
RED LED stays ON continuously 1. Shunt Cable damaged.
2. Control Board defective.
1. Check connection of white,
red and black leads on the
Inverter Board
2. Replace Shunt Cable
Assembly.
3. Replace Conrol Board.
Flashing YELLOW LED 1. Input Supply Voltage out of
tolerance.
1. Supply correct Input Voltage.
2. Check Control Board
conections.
