- Major Physical or Electrical Damage is Evident.
- No weld output and no auxiliary power. Engine runs normally.
- No weld output, the auxiliary power (230-115VAC) is operating normally. Engine runs normally.
- No auxiliary power, welding output is normal. Engine runs normally.
- Machine has low welding output and low auxiliary output.
- Engine will not idle down to low speed. Machine has normal weld output and auxiliary power.
- Engine will not go to high idle when at tempting to weld. Welding out put is normal when Idler Switch is in “HIGH” position. Automatic idle function works properly when the auxiliary power is loaded.
- Engine will not go to high idle when at tempting to weld or when the auxiliary power is loaded. Welding output and auxiliary power output is normal when Idler Switch is in the “HIGH” position.
- Engine will not go to high idle when the Auxiliary Power is loaded. The Idle Circuit works OK with a welding load.
- Engine will not crank or cranks very slow.
- The Engine shuts off.
- Engine does not develop full power.
- The welding arc is “cold. ”Engine runs normally (3700 RPM no load). Auxiliary power is functioning normally.
