REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE (continued)
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
1. Replace FMD Controller and Helmet.
2. Carefully install the FMD Controller into its
proper position.
3. Connect the previously removed plug into the
FMD Controller. See wiring diagram.
4. Install any previously removed cable ties
5. Secure previously leads using the previously
removed strain relief devices.
6. Secure the access plate.
7. Close door on front of machine.
8. Perform the Case Cover Replacement

9. Perform the Monitor and Pedestal
Replacement Procedure

10. See Retest After Repair.
