ᮣ Tone - This option sets the Roam Ringer, Tone Length,
Minute Beep and Service Area are also listed on this screen.
The minute beep sounds a beep for every minute that you are
connected. If the Service Area option is checked, a tone is
heard whenever you leave or enter your local coverage area.
Display
This screen allows you to configure the look of the phone
mode while the phone is in standby. The available options are:
ᮣ Logo - Displays the Sprint logo.
ᮣ My Phone Number - Displays the phone number of the
phone.
ᮣ Custom - Displays custom text, like your name.
Setup
This screen displays the following setup options:
ᮣ Auto Answer - Allows you automatically answer
incoming calls. This option only works with the car kit
accessory.
ᮣ Auto Hyphen - Automatically places the hyphen between
numbers when dialing or caller ID when incoming calls
are received.
ᮣ AnyKey Answer - Allows you to answer an incoming call
by tapping or pressing any key (except END & Volume
keys) on the Sprint PCS Phone™.
ᮣ Message Popup - Enables the popup display messages
when an error or alert is received.
ᮣ Enable Auto-Off of Display During Call - Configures the
LCD screen to stay ON or power OFF according to your “Auto-OFF
After” setting during a call.
