Define a Filter String
1.
Tap the To, From, or Subject header field in the HotSync
Options dialog box.
2.
Enter your filter string using commas or spaces to
separate the words. Do add any connectors like “AND” or
“OR” between the words.
3.
If the string exceeds the length of the field, tap the name
of the field to display the Notes screen.
4.
Tap “Done” to return to the HotSync dialog box.
5.
Tap “OK” to exit.
High Priority Messages
If the desktop computer e-mail application has the ability to
designate High Priority messages, your phone Mail can be set
to retrieve only high priority messages.
Retrieving High-Priority Messages
1.
Tap the Filter box in the HotSync Options dialog screen.
2.
Tap the “Retrieve All High Priority” check box.
3.
Tap “OK” to confirm.
