Copying an entry to the local directory

You can copy the telephone number and the name of
an entry in the voice directory to the local directory (see
page 26).

Open the directory.
Language Open the voice directory.

Changing a user name
To change a voice pattern, a speaker must be selected
(see page 34). There are four speakers. Factory default:
user 1 - 4. You can rename these entries.

Open the directory.
Language Open the voice directory.

Select the user.
Change Press.
o Rename the speaker (user) (e.g. user 1 as "Emma").
Save Store the new user name.
