If you have not requested CLIP.
or If call number display has been de-
liberately suppressed by the caller (CLIR).
Handsfree talking
Handsfree talking, with the loudspeaker switched on,
offers the following advantages:
● Before dialling, you hear the dial tone without having
to lift the handset to your ear.
● Other people can listen in and join in the call.
● This leaves your hands free, for example to take
notes.
Handsfree talking when dialling
o Dial the call number.
